In-House Facility

Cintasa Enterprises operates a world-class, state-of-the-art advanced fatigue testing facility that is approved by global OEMs for validating various components, ensuring a consistently high level of quality.

Their testing facility includes resonant testing methods for bending and torsion fatigue tests of crankshafts, ranging from smaller capacity passenger car to large capacity marine and rail crankshafts. Resonant fatigue tests are conducted using Electrodynamic shaker systems with capacities ranging from 150 Kgf to 2700 Kgf under fully reversed loading conditions.

For other automotive components such as Front Axle beams, Rear Axle beams, Stub Axles, and Connecting rods, fatigue testing is performed using Servo hydraulics actuator rigs with capacities of 250 KN and 630 KN. The fatigue testing capabilities incorporate advanced facilities for strain measurement, crack detection techniques, and comprehensive metallurgical analysis of fatigue failure specimens.

These capabilities enable Cintasa Enterprises to offer complete end-to-end solutions to its customers, from product conceptualization through design to manufacturing, validation, and testing.
