Cintasa Enterprises’ In-House Forge Shop manufactures high-strength, high-integrity forged components for critical industrial applications. By managing billet heating, forging and heat treatment processes entirely within our facility, we ensure consistent metallurgical properties, superior mechanical strength and reliable long-term performance of every forged product.
Our forging facility supports a wide production range. Specifically, we manufacture:
Forged Components from 100 grams to 150 kilograms
Annual Forging Capacity of Approximately 2500 Tons

The forge shop produces a broad range of forged parts, including shafts, rings, discs, blocks and specialized engineering components. Consequently, we support demanding sectors such as automotive, railways, defence, construction equipment, power generation, material handling and general heavy engineering.
We heat billets using oil-fired and electric furnaces equipped with precise temperature control systems. This controlled heating approach minimizes scale formation, prevents overheating and preserves essential material characteristics. In addition, our forging specialists carefully regulate reduction ratios and deformation parameters to achieve optimal grain flow, improved mechanical properties and enhanced structural integrity.
To further strengthen component performance, we operate comprehensive in-house heat treatment facilities. These include:
