Cintasa Enterprises operates a fully integrated in-house casting facility designed to manufacture high-performance cast iron, SG iron (ductile iron) and steel castings for critical industrial applications. With complete control over melting, pouring and processing operations, we ensure consistent metallurgical properties and reliable component performance.
Our In-house Cast Shop supports a wide range of component sizes and weights, including:
SG Iron Castings up to 30 tons
Cast Iron Castings up to 120 tons
Steel Castings up to 100 tons
The In-house Cast Shop is equipped to handle both customized and standard cast components for automotive, railways, defence, construction equipment, oil & gas, transport and heavy engineering industries.
By maintaining casting operations in-house, we offer greater production flexibility, shorter lead times and improved coordination between casting, machining and fabrication processes. Chemical composition control, temperature monitoring and process standardization ensure each casting meets specified material grades and application requirements.
In addition to casting, we provide integrated post-casting services such as heat treatment, shot blasting, surface cleaning and precision machining. This enables us to supply fully processed, ready-to-use components from a single manufacturing base.
