Precision CNC Machining for Industrial Components
We provide advanced machining services focused on precision CNC machining of forged, cast and complex engineering components. Our machining facility is equipped with modern CNC equipment and supported by skilled technicians to deliver high-accuracy parts for OEMs and heavy engineering industries.
Our integrated precision machine shop includes CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical machining centers and horizontal machining centers (HMC) capable of performing 3-axis and 5-axis machining operations. We can machine components up to 4 meters in height and 8 meters in length, enabling us to handle both medium and large-scale industrial parts with precision and consistency.
Our well-equipped machine shop supports a wide range of machining requirements, including:
CNC Turning Machines for accurate and repeatable turning of complex geometries
CNC Vertical Milling Machines for high-precision milling operations
Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) for efficient machining of large and heavy components
Conventional Machines for versatile and specialized machining tasks
We also offer in-house CNC programming, 3D modeling and design & fabrication of jigs and fixtures, ensuring optimized production processes and dimensional accuracy.
Quality control is integrated into our machining services through a dedicated inspection and testing facility. Dimensional inspection and process verification ensure compliance with customer drawings and specifications.
To further enhance quality assurance, we have access to advanced testing facilities nearby, including:
Direct Reading Spectrometer for chemical composition analysis
Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for mechanical property evaluation
Radiographic Testing (RT) for internal defect detection
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for flaw identification
Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) for surface and near-surface inspection
Our precision machining services combine advanced CNC technology, skilled workmanship and strict quality control to deliver reliable, dimensionally accurate components for automotive, railways, defense, construction equipment and general engineering industries.
