Quality remains our top priority

The company’s principal activities include manufacturing in accordance with international standards. Cintasa Enterprises is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. With extensive experience in forging hammers, Cintasa Enterprises has incorporated several innovative features into its forging and sheet metal lines. Pattern design, tooling design and product design are developed concurrently using CAD, with continuous data sharing between Cintasa Enterprises and vendors.

Production is carried out under a unified quality system guided by the policy of “Doing It Right.” Quality is ensured through in-process inspections performed by press operators in line with documented Quality Plans. Cintasa Enterprises’ R&D department is equipped with advanced measuring instruments for material testing, load and rigidity testing and other analytical evaluations.

Cintasa Enterprises performs both non-destructive and destructive testing to ensure products meet customer specifications. All testing is conducted at the company’s NABL-approved facilitation center, using the following available facilities:

3D - CMM

• 3-D CO ordinate Measuring Machine, Model BHN 710 Mitutoyo Japan, Measuring range XYZ:700x1000x600 mm, resolution 1 micron for Scanning Contour and accurate measurement of gears and other precision components.

3D - White Light Scanner

• 3-D Smart scanner, Model 3D DUO 2045, Breuckmann Germany for all type of scanning the component, inspection and reverse engineering.

• Spark Emission Spectrometer for analysis of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals and Alloys.
